Join Celeste a for a very special in person workshop retreat on Cortes Island at Hollyhock Retreat Center in the Pacific Northwest. and explore whatever internal or external life changes you might be considering, restoring balance to your life. We’ll be together in community for short guided meditations, lots of teachings and interactive exercises, healthy meals and plenty of downtime to enjoy the beauty of nature. Hollyhock retreat center offers bodywork, a hot tub, gorgeous woods and is also located on the Salish sea.

How well we navigate changes and transitions has a direct impact on the degree of well-being, meaning, and satisfaction we experience in our daily lives.

If you’re considering a big change, find yourself in the midst of one now, or are still feeling the effects of past changes, this unique retreat offers you the personal understanding and tools to open to the next phase of your life with clarity, confidence, joy, and deeper insight.

Together in a supportive community we’ll learn key principles about the nature of change as well as time-tested mindfulness practices that can help you move through times of transition with more balance and clear intention.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll be offered a series of highly effective self-assessments and tools from the Life Balance Institute that are designed to give you clarity about your specific situation and support you in moving towards your next steps. These tools have helped countless individuals step into greater alignment with what they truly care about in life—to connect with what is truly meaningful and live a life aligned with their deepest values.

Each day we’ll also practice meditations together specifically designed to support you in meeting change more effectively and in coming home to yourself in daily life, and there will be plenty of free time in the afternoons and evenings to enjoy the beauty of nature and all that Hollyhock has to offer.

“The assessments were surprisingly spot-on. I don't normally enjoy this kind of exercise but I found it to be so neutral and resonant that it was enjoyable. And now there's a record for myself to look at during this moment of change, which is VERY useful.” - Past participant
