Mindfulness in the workplace has been proven to be on the cutting edge of reducing healthcare costs. Studies show an increase in overall employee well being, stress reduction, and increased focus in the workplace leading to greater productivity and satisfaction, and a healthier environment. I design and offer custom programs to suit your company or organization's needs in ways that are relevant, accessible, and engaging. Topics include mindful communication, developing empathy and compassion, stress reduction, fostering well being, and cultivating clarity and focus.
2020 Update: With the current times we’re living in, many of us are working from home, and companies are seeing more and more how important it is to take care of their employees WFH “workspace” to prevent burnout and to nurture resilience, focus, and self care. Options include guided meditations, movement based sessions, presentations, half day retreats, and custom programming for your company.

Weekly Mindfulness at Work Class Series

For individualized leadership session work, I draw on my training in life balance + skillful change work with Phillip Moffitt and Jennifer Ward to support leaders in organizing their priorities to live a more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling life that’s aligned with their deeper values and to develop and deepen a mindfulness meditation practice that supports mindful leadership strategies and work habits.
