Come spend the day with Celeste Young and Jozen Tamori Gibson at InsightLA's retreat center in the canyon, and deepen your Insight practice with other young meditators in a secluded natural setting. This is a retreat for anyone in their 20's and 30's with meditation experience. 

There will be periods of silent sitting and walking meditation with some instruction and guidance, Dharma talks, mindful movement, and discussion.
