Come spend the day at InsightLA's new center in East Hollywood for a daylong retreat with other young meditators. This is a retreat for anyone in their 20's and 30's, in service of supporting younger folks in deepening their Insight meditation practice and creating community together. 

The container of a daylong retreat offers a unique opportunity to slow down and connect to our own experience within a supportive, silent container. Deepen your practice in community through the cultivation of mindfulness and lovingkindness, and give yourself the gift of a day spent quieting the mind and heart and allowing the innate wisdom and compassion that is our birthright to unfold and develop.

There will be periods of silent sitting and walking meditation with some instruction and guidance, a Dharma talk, and discussion.
