Beth Sternlieb and Celeste Young are happy to offer once again our summer InsightLA retreat. The practice of retreat is a cherished tradition in the world of meditation and mindfulness and a wonderful way to let go of our day-to-day routines and drop into deep stillness in a the safety of a supportive community.

There will be guided meditations, instructions, teachings, and small group meetings with a teacher.

Through compassionate attention to what is, we experience greater freedom and wakefulness in each moment. As awareness grows and the mind quiets, the heart opens and its true nature is revealed. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn to hold our experience with care and wisdom. Come join us as we explore the practices of mindfulness and compassion through periods of sitting and walking meditation in the safety and support of residential retreat.
