Big Bear Retreat Center’s new weekly community drop-in was created to support you in nurturing your practice after your meditation retreat ends, as well as connect you with a heart-based community of Big Bear Retreat Center mindfulness practitioners. Each week we will gather from all over the globe to practice together. A teacher or staff member will lead you in a guided meditation practice, followed by a short talk, and there will be an opportunity to share in group discussion. All meetings will be recorded and available for later viewing.
