This will be an online event for New York Insight.
In this evening we will explore some of the traditional teachings around how to work mindfully with emotion, as well as modern approaches drawing on the latest research in positive psychology and neuroscience. We will learn how to skillfully work with difficult emotions and also how to cultivate greater well-being through meditation practice, applied mindfulness techniques, and exercises designed to deepen emotional intelligence and wisdom, in order to increase ease, contentment, and joy in daily life. There will be time for meditation with some guidance, a Dharma talk, and discussion.
